Privacy policy

SatNwe (ဆက်နွယ်) is a family-tree app. This policy explains what we store, why, who can see it, and how you can delete it. In short: we store only what you put into the app, we never show ads, never sell data, and never use tracking or analytics.
1. Using SatNwe without an account
You can use SatNwe without signing in. Your family tree, photos and settings are then stored only on your phone. Nothing is sent to our servers. Backup files you export are saved wherever you choose, and we never receive them.
2. What we store when you sign in
- Google sign-in: your Google account ID, name and email address. We use them only to recognise your account. We never send you emails or SMS. We never see your Google password.
- Your profile: your name, optional @handle, headline, photo, gender and birth year. You decide what to fill in.
- Your family tree: the relatives you add, including their names, gender, birth and death years and photos, and how you are related to them.
- Other connections you choose to add, such as friends, colleagues, schools and communities, plus introduction and merge requests.
- Phone numbers: if you add someone by phone number, we store only a one-way scrambled code (a hash) that is used for matching. The phone number itself is never stored.
- Technical data: the last time you signed in and short-lived session tokens that keep you signed in. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time for security.
If you used SatNwe without an account and then sign in, the family tree on your phone is uploaded to your account.
3. Adding relatives
When you add a relative, for example a grandparent, you create a family profile for them. Family profiles are not searchable, and they are shown only in the family trees they belong to. Please add only information you have the right to share. If a relative joins SatNwe later, they can claim their profile ("Is this you?") and take control of it.
4. Who can see your information
Signed-in members can find each other by name or @handle. Family profiles (relatives without an account) can't be found this way. For each type of relationship (family, friends, colleagues and so on), you choose how it may be used to show how other people are connected:
- Public: it can appear in anyone's connection path.
- 2nd degree only: it is used only in paths for people within 2 steps of you.
- Private: it is never used in other people's paths. Only you and the other person see it.
You can change this at any time in the app (Profile → Privacy Settings). Relationships must be confirmed by both people before they show as confirmed.
5. Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts our servers and database.
- Google provides sign-in. Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account.
We don't share your data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time, in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on our delete account page. You can choose between two options:
- Keep my profile in family trees: we delete your account, sign-in link, email, photo, handle, phone code, friend and colleague links, and requests. Your name and family details stay as a family profile, so your relatives' trees aren't broken.
- Erase everything: we also delete your profile and all your relationships. Profiles you created for relatives stay in the family tree they belong to.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. For guest use, delete the local data in the app, or uninstall the app.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Sessions can be ended on all devices from the app (Profile → Log out on all devices).
8. Children
Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. Parents can add their children to the family tree as family profiles.
9. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change is important. If you have questions, contact satnwe@unityquotient.com.

ဆက်နွယ် (SatNwe) သည် မိသားစု မျိုးရိုးပင် အက်ပ်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤမူဝါဒသည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မည်သည့်အချက်အလက် သိမ်းသည်၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် သိမ်းသည်၊ မည်သူမြင်နိုင်သည်၊ မည်သို့ ဖျက်နိုင်သည်ကို ရှင်းပြထားသည်။ အတိုချုပ် – သင်ထည့်သွင်းသည့် အချက်အလက်ကိုသာ သိမ်းပါသည်။ ကြော်ငြာ မပြပါ၊ အချက်အလက် မရောင်းပါ၊ ခြေရာခံခြင်း (tracking / analytics) မသုံးပါ။
၁။ အကောင့်မရှိဘဲ အသုံးပြုခြင်း
အကောင့်မဝင်ဘဲ ဆက်နွယ်ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည်။ ထိုအခါ မျိုးရိုးပင်၊ ဓာတ်ပုံများနှင့် ဆက်တင်များကို သင့်ဖုန်းထဲတွင်သာ သိမ်းပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ဆာဗာသို့ ဘာမှ မပို့ပါ။ သင်ထုတ်သော အရန်ဖိုင်များကို သင်ရွေးသည့်နေရာတွင် သိမ်းပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မရရှိပါ။
၂။ အကောင့်ဝင်သည့်အခါ သိမ်းသော အချက်အလက်
- Google ဖြင့် ဝင်ခြင်း – သင့် Google အကောင့် ID၊ အမည်နှင့် အီးမေးလ်။ အကောင့်ကို မှတ်သိရန်သာ သုံးပါသည်။ အီးမေးလ် သို့မဟုတ် SMS မည်သည့်အခါမျှ မပို့ပါ။ သင့် Google စကားဝှက်ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ မမြင်ရပါ။
- သင့်ပရိုဖိုင် – အမည်၊ @handle (ရွေးချယ်နိုင်)၊ ခေါင်းစဉ်၊ ဓာတ်ပုံ၊ ကျား/မ နှင့် မွေးနှစ်။ ဘာဖြည့်မလဲ သင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ပါ။
- မျိုးရိုးပင် – သင်ထည့်သော ဆွေမျိုးများ (အမည်၊ ကျား/မ၊ မွေးနှစ်/ကွယ်လွန်နှစ်၊ ဓာတ်ပုံ) နှင့် ဆက်နွယ်ပုံ။
- အခြားဆက်သွယ်မှုများ – သင်ထည့်ရန် ရွေးသော မိတ်ဆွေ၊ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်၊ ကျောင်း၊ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများနှင့် မိတ်ဆက်/ပေါင်းစည်းရန် တောင်းဆိုချက်များ။
- ဖုန်းနံပါတ် – ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ဖြင့် တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်ကို ထည့်ပါက တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန် ပြန်ဖော်၍မရသော ကုဒ် (hash) ကိုသာ သိမ်းပါသည်။ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ကိုယ်တိုင် ဘယ်တော့မှ မသိမ်းပါ။
- နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ – နောက်ဆုံးဝင်ခဲ့သည့်အချိန်နှင့် ဝင်ထားစေရန် သက်တမ်းတိုသော session token များ။ ဆာဗာဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသူသည် လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် IP လိပ်စာကဲ့သို့ ပုံမှန် log များကို ခဏတာ သိမ်းနိုင်သည်။
အကောင့်မရှိဘဲ အသုံးပြုပြီးမှ ဝင်ပါက ဖုန်းထဲရှိ မျိုးရိုးပင်ကို သင့်အကောင့်သို့ တင်ပေးပါသည်။
၃။ ဆွေမျိုးများ ထည့်ခြင်း
ဆွေမျိုး (ဥပမာ အဘိုးအဘွား) ကို ထည့်သည့်အခါ ၎င်းတို့အတွက် မိသားစုပရိုဖိုင် တစ်ခု ဖန်တီးခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ မိသားစုပရိုဖိုင်များကို ရှာဖွေ၍ မရဘဲ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မျိုးရိုးပင်တွင်သာ ပြသပါသည်။ မျှဝေခွင့်ရှိသော အချက်အလက်ကိုသာ ထည့်ပါ။ ဆွေမျိုးတစ်ဦး နောက်မှ ဆက်နွယ်သို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာပါက “ဒါ သင်လား” ဖြင့် ၎င်း၏ပရိုဖိုင်ကို ရယူ စီမံနိုင်ပါသည်။
၄။ မည်သူ မြင်နိုင်သနည်း
အကောင့်ရှိသူများသည် အမည် သို့မဟုတ် @handle ဖြင့် အချင်းချင်း ရှာနိုင်သည်။ မိသားစုပရိုဖိုင်များ (အကောင့်မရှိသော ဆွေမျိုးများ) ကိုမူ ရှာ၍မရပါ။ ဆက်နွယ်မှု အမျိုးအစားတစ်ခုချင်းစီ (မိသားစု၊ မိတ်ဆွေ၊ လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက် စသည်) ကို အခြားသူများ၏ ဆက်သွယ်လမ်းကြောင်းတွင် မည်သို့သုံးမည်ကို သင်ရွေးနိုင်သည် –
- အများမြင် – မည်သူ၏ ဆက်သွယ်လမ်းကြောင်းတွင်မဆို ပေါ်နိုင်သည်။
- ဒုတိယအဆင့်သာ – သင်နှင့် ၂ ဆင့်အတွင်းရှိသူများ၏ လမ်းကြောင်းတွင်သာ သုံးသည်။
- သီးသန့် – အခြားသူများ၏ လမ်းကြောင်းတွင် မသုံးပါ – သင်နှင့် တစ်ဖက်လူသာ မြင်ရသည်။
အက်ပ်ထဲ (ပရိုဖိုင် → ကိုယ်ရေးလုံခြုံမှု ဆက်တင်) တွင် အချိန်မရွေး ပြောင်းနိုင်သည်။ ဆက်နွယ်မှုများကို နှစ်ဦးစလုံး အတည်ပြုမှသာ အတည်ပြုပြီးအဖြစ် ပြသပါသည်။
၅။ အချက်အလက်ကို ကိုင်တွယ်သူများ
- Cloudflare – ဆာဗာနှင့် ဒေတာဘေ့စ် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု။
- Google – အကောင့်ဝင်ခြင်း ဝန်ဆောင်မှု (Google ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင်မူဝါဒ သက်ဆိုင်သည်)။
ဥပဒေအရ လိုအပ်ချက်မှလွဲ၍ အခြားမည်သူနှင့်မျှ မမျှဝေပါ။
၆။ အချက်အလက် ဖျက်ခြင်း
အက်ပ်ထဲ (ပရိုဖိုင် → အကောင့် ဖျက်ရန်) သို့မဟုတ် အကောင့်ဖျက်ရန် စာမျက်နှာ တွင် အချိန်မရွေး ဖျက်နိုင်သည်။ ရွေးချယ်စရာ နှစ်မျိုး –
- မျိုးရိုးပင်တွင် ပရိုဖိုင် ထားရှိမည် – အကောင့်၊ ဝင်ရောက်မှုချိတ်ဆက်ချက်၊ အီးမေးလ်၊ ဓာတ်ပုံ၊ handle၊ ဖုန်းကုဒ်၊ မိတ်ဆွေ/လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက် ချိတ်ဆက်မှုများနှင့် တောင်းဆိုချက်များကို ဖျက်ပါသည်။ ဆွေမျိုးများ၏ မျိုးရိုးပင် မပျက်စေရန် အမည်နှင့် မိသားစုအချက်အလက်ကို မိသားစုပရိုဖိုင်အဖြစ် ထားပါသည်။
- အားလုံး ဖျက်မည် – ပရိုဖိုင်နှင့် ဆက်နွယ်မှုအားလုံးကိုပါ ဖျက်ပါသည်။ ဆွေမျိုးများအတွက် သင်ဖန်တီးခဲ့သော ပရိုဖိုင်များမူ ၎င်းတို့၏ မျိုးရိုးပင်တွင် ကျန်ရှိပါမည်။
ဖျက်ခြင်းသည် ချက်ချင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ပြန်ယူ၍ မရပါ။ အကောင့်မရှိဘဲ သုံးခဲ့ပါက အက်ပ်ထဲတွင် ဖုန်းထဲရှိဒေတာကို ဖျက်ပါ သို့မဟုတ် အက်ပ်ကို ဖြုတ်ပါ။
၇။ လုံခြုံရေး
ဆက်သွယ်မှုအားလုံးကို HTTPS ဖြင့် ကုဒ်ဝှက်ထားသည်။ အက်ပ်ထဲ (ပရိုဖိုင် → စက်အားလုံးမှ ထွက်ရန်) တွင် စက်အားလုံးမှ ထွက်နိုင်သည်။
၈။ ကလေးများ
အကောင့်များသည် အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်နှင့်အထက်အတွက် ဖြစ်သည်။ မိဘများသည် ကလေးများကို မိသားစုပရိုဖိုင်အဖြစ် ထည့်နိုင်သည်။
၉။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရန်
